All of our work is guaranteed for a full year following completion. Your invoice serves as your proof of purchase.
Full terms and conditions regarding the guarantee are supplied on the invoice but if you have any questions at all, you can speak to one of our customer service team.
Our work is covered by a full year (12 month) guarantee. This covers any faulty workmanship.
The materials we use are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty.
Warranty on boilers ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the boiler manufacturer.
